We want PinPatch to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard, screen reader or enlarged text.
Using the store
Our storefront uses headings, labelled controls, keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators and text alternatives for product images. We aim to keep text readable when enlarged and layouts usable on smaller screens. Optional analytics is not required to shop.
Payment is completed on Stripe Checkout, which is provided separately by Stripe. The accessibility of your browser, device and external services can also affect your experience.
Help and accessibility feedback
If a page or feature is difficult to use, email store@pinpatch.uk or use our Contact page. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and what happened. You may include your browser or assistive technology if that helps explain the issue; you do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
We can help with product information, questions and ordering steps through email. Please do not send payment card details. We use accessibility feedback to investigate barriers and improve the store.
